I hope this email finds you very well. During the ESLO meeting held in London in 2010, the foundation of the World Board of Lingual Orthodontists (WBLO) finally came to reality after a long process of planning and preparation and the founding members displayed the models of their WBLO cases At the first meeting of the board of the founding members, I was chosen as the first president of WBLO with the endorsement of Dr. Kyoto Takemoto, Prepresident of WSLO, Dr. Giuseppe Scuzzo, current President of WSLO who has devoted considerable effort to the foundation of the Board, Dr. Toshiaki Hiro and Dr. Germain Becker. I regard it as a great privilege and will endeavor to serve it to the best of my ability. Your kind understanding and support would be greatly appreciated. The past WBLO examination has already held in Osaka (the 4th WSLO)
and in Frankfurt(ESLO Congress 2012).

Please find attached materials on the 3rd WBLO examination scheduled for July 4(Thursday), 2013, prior to the 5th WSLO congress in Paris, France. The fee will be 1000 Euro per candidate. Examiners will be made up of current WBLO members. There are currently 10 members including the 5 founding members. The examination will be held with the co-operation of both the WSLO President, Dr.G.Scuzzo, and chairman of the 5th WSLO congress,Dr.D.Fillion. If you are interested in taking the examination, please contact me by email for application or further information. I will serve as a tentative secretariat. The deadline for application is April 30, 2013.
